looking into PG's anahiem clinic (http://youtube.com/watch?v=zssxnu2LdRY yeah its mitch's video ) and I thought the 2nd and 3rd licks were super cool but i couldn't really hear them completely tbh...

so here's my start on the second lick, couldn't get ending though. I don't even know if I started on the right scale degree but thats the general pattern, i just plopped it on B for the hell of it i guess . so please, fixes are def requested and welcome

and same deal with the corrections, although i know this one starts right, but i might have tabbed the pattern a bit far down the scale. relatively similar pattern as the one above (this is the lick that he slows down first)

edit: btw if anyone's got that arpeggio bit where he taps like two notes at the top, that'd be super cool too, not to be greedy . its like half way through, after the high e string low e string lick

sorry but I think that lick, even though technical, sounds really bad.

well, he has some really cool ideas with arpeggios and such (second and third lick of the anahiem clinic).

but that ^^ is why i generally prefer malmsteen

although PG is the king of finger gymnastics

Thanks Mitch! I attempted to tab a few of those licks/exercises out but you did an accurate job with the whole thing. How are the rest of those Sinergy tabs coming along?

You're welcome. PG licks are one of my specialities so stuff like that I can do without a guitar, unless I need to figure out the key.

I haven't actually gone any further with the Sinergy tabs since my last update...been a bit lazy lately. Might not have time to do anything in this next week either 'cause I'm up at 6am every morning so I'll probably just sleep on the sofa at 6pm when I'm home and then not go on the computer or something. We'll see.

In the second lick in the Anaheim video...he's picking everything, right?

its picked, however when i sweep down for the low note on the arpeggios i get it with a hammer (i.e. for the e minor arpeggio, he goes B, A, B, G, E, B, G, F#, G, B, etc. i just get the F# to the G coming back up with a hammer)

Started Roope's solo in Shadow Island. Seems pretty correct to me, but I'd like to hear everyone elses opinion. Didn't do any rhythm guitars or anything, just the lead track.

Sounds pretty cool. I don't know that solo too well yet so it's not like I can really comment on it until I have a version to compare with but I'd say it's very accurate.
