TAB Thread.

I have added a full tab of Hellion. It's all accurate, except the little runs at the end of the chorus. I can't really hear them that well, so I left what was already there, because I modified a tab from Ultimate Guitar.

The drums were the easiest part...

hey guys,
I came across this video on youtube a few days ago:

(starts at 1:20)
I am actually not really into japanese guitar players (no racism here!) but I really enjoyed listening to this guy.

Unfortunately Akio Shimizu is not that famous, I couldn't find any tabs at all^^
So I decided to try it on my own, here is what Ive got so far:

It is pretty much my first attempt on tabbing something, but now I came to the part where i am stuck  it sounds all wrong in there^^
and all those runs are damn fast :(

I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out here! :)

btw: full version of the video can be downloaded here: http://www.freshwap.net/forums/music-videos/144021-young-guitar-akio-shimizu-anthem-ground-axe.html

I could use some tabbing help as well. This one is real easy, but I can't seem to find the chords they use after the chugchug's :(

Does anyone have any tips for me to get to know these things better?

No, I think it's mostly a matter of which program you use. When you just split the song into left and right you maybe will have some problems with it but when you have the possibility to mute different frequences (which are in the middle or panned left/right) it is much easier.

Hmmmm.

Couldn't you just extremely lower the EQ you want gone then pan it to the left/right and listen?

I don't think so cause the problem is that you equalize the complete song and not single instruments. I don't know if it is possible to crack a song into the different instruments parts but with adobe audition it is definitely easier to tab songs with much instruments at the same time.

That's what I got for it.

I didn't bother with EQ'ing the shit, I just slowed it down 50%. Pretty basic stuff. The Cb5 is just knowing a sound when you hear it. Learn the sounds of all the intervals and it becomes easy.

That's:
