I found this little beast and I think it's a great piece of equipment. Great DA converter, good quality and not too much expensive.
My only complaint is about the outputs: it has only one analog output so if I have more than one pair of speakers, it would be a pain in the ass. It has also a spidif output but unfortunately this connection is not used by every monitor.

Another solution could be to connect the BMC-2 to the interface with Adat output (so the interface's DA is bypassed), using the BMC-2 as a good DA, and connect its output to a central station/big knob, to connect 2 or 3 pair of monitors.

does the mackie big knob suck? it's half the price of the central station.
Yes it hasn't DA converter, but I hope it doesn't suck that much, realy interested in buying one

I'm interested too but I've read the quality is not that good. Anyway having a good DA with a monitor control is way better

Well yeah, it'd have to have a DA internally, which like 99% of monitors don't have.
