actually Dime could shred with the best of them, but by the time CFH came out he had changed his style to fit the songs a bit more, dropped alot of the technical playing. when he was 16 he was playing Randy Rhoads licks faster than Randy (a song Nevermore was supposed to cover actually) but anyway, i agree there are better players and writers, but the fact is, he was a nice guy, a good guy, didn't leave a fan without an autograph , you know what i mean? loved life, loved his fans etc. and kept the Guitar Solo alive through the 90's when alot of the big bands at that time turned shitty. he only did good things for metal.

saying 'fuck Dimebag' is basically a cry for attention if you ask me, and silly me, i gave the attention
