It's tricky to pick worst metal albums, cuz I don't listen to bands I hate. It has to be a record by a band that I like, but for whatever reason, happened to put out something that totally sucked. There are exceptions, of course...

Bands that started off well, and then went straight to hell:

I liked the Edguy album that came out a couple of years ago. Can't remember the name, I just remember the first song where Sammett comes out fucking wailing. That was awesome. I really dig the new album, actually. It's kinda poppy but "Lost in Space" has a hook that just won't let go.

Worst metal album ever is far too broad...you can find some horrible underground stuff, but what fun is it if you'll never hear it? I'll go a little more mainstream...I can't stand any Annihilator...maybe Never, Neverland...they're cheesy and boring. Fates Warning's No Exit is one so many people love and I think is crap. There are a bunch of "classic" albums I think are horrible...Mercyful Fate's Don't Break the Oath for one...Night of the Unborn may be one of the worst songs ever recorded.

This fucking 55 year old douche is on RockTV every night because his quasi-famousness 25 years ago in some shitty heavy metal band that sold something like 40k copies in Italy is giving advice to ppl calling in. This guy seriously thinks his shit doesn't stink.

That's one thing I hate about this place. Everyone here thinks they are the center of the fucking universe. They have no idea of what's beyond these borders and all the laughing coming their way.
