"The Anthrax machine is revving up"

Yep seen John say that before. Understandable that he wants to have some creative input and not just overdub some other guys work.

Knowing Bush, it was pretty obvious he wouldn't want to simply re-sing Nelsons part regardless of who wrote the music.

Personally, I think Megadeth is gonna put on the best performance at the big four shows. I just saw them 3 weeks ago. I stopped listening to Megadeth shortly after Cryptic Writings came out. But I've been turned on to them again with their latest release, Endgame. And in my 20 years of going to shows, last months Megadeth gig was probably the best show ever.

I can vouch for that Alex too. I've seen all of the big 4 and one Megadeth show in particular was right up there as one of the best gigs I have ever been too.

ive seen all 4 to and i must say megadeth were quite boring, gigantour could parly be to blame, wasnt really intersested in soulfly or arch enemy and was quite tired when they came on,my order of best live would be anthrax metallica slayer megadeth.

Gigantour wasn't very representative of Megadeth live. They were pretty boring in huge venues. In clubs, they were fucking awesome, especially on the last leg they did with James Lomenzo. I haven't seen em now that Ellefson is back yet though.

If you're talking about the show that Slayer pulled out of here in Adelaide last year..... you're dead on the money. That gig was amazing. The crowd was so up for them given Slayer's withdrawl.

i hope they go back to doing own headline shows in smaller clubs,id be up for that.

Do you know where you can put your joey....:) "John Bush is the voice of Anthrax" - Scott Ian 2009

JOHN BUSH OR NO ANTHRAX AT ALL

Luckily for Anthrax, it's the 20% that actually buy their stuff. Armored Saint sales bear that out. LOL
And what about the Belladonna's solo stuff?? He sold nothing and nobody give a fuck about him. Is venue are empty and he play in front of 20 peoples. What a success story.
This guy is so dated. Can someone pay him a haircut???

Not to be an asshole - but I am positive there is nothing going on with John Bush here, Nothing, NADA, Zero.
After reading all your posts, I can only say you are all reading into what Scott said WAY too much.

-Belladonna hanging with Joey and Frank
-Festivals in 5 Weeks

it's rehearsals with Joey for the Festivals.. thats all.
