Zakk Wylde is the shit, but Randy Rhoads has done more for the world of metal and shred than the former. So I'll have to say RR.

Technique? Steve Vai for shiz. Petrucci and Eklundh come as close runner-ups though.

I remember having a nightmare which I was trying to escape from Tonberry, which I thought would've been easy since he's so goddamn slow but everywhere I went he was just there, advancing ever so slowly. I felt like I was out of ammo in a Resident Evil game.

As long as you have the CD-Key, you could download and mount an image file of the counterstrike disc itself and still be able to have a registered Steam account. If you need further instructions feel free to ask some more.
