I voted for Emperor."In The Nightside Eclipse" is a masterpiece in dark and magic blackmetal atmosphere. Just look at the tracks "I Am The Black Wizards" & "Inno A Satana"... Brilliant!

I voted for the Mayhem record, but my favorite black metal record is Burzum's "Hvis lyset tar oss", then Satyricon's "The shadowthrone" and "Nemesis Divina", then probably the Mayhem record.
"In the nightside eclipse" is also a great record, but still not the best IMO. I also like "IX equilibrium" just a liiiitle better.
