great southern wasteland
1994 represents in my opinion the pinnacle of black metal, with each of the Norwegian greats releasing their signature albums, and as well as several highly important releases from lesser known bands like Dawn and Bethlehem.

Out of this tough competition, choosing a favourite may be the same as naming the greatest black metal album of all time for many of us.

Let's see how we go.

FEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Voted In The Nightside Eclipse, but then again it's one of the few bm albums I really care about along with some Burzum albums.

I agree about 1994 being the peak of Norwegian black metal. This is an interesting poll, I'm eager to see how it turns out. I picked Bergtatt.

I went with Transilvanian Hunger, Nightside Eclipse being right behind it.

Funny, how my two favorites are the opposite of each other in a way.

Voted for Bergtatt because I Troldskog Faren Vild is easily one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard.
