Couple nights ago. Chicken with fresh basil and a caper/balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing. Also made it with tuna and put anchivies in the dressing. 9.5/10

Last night. A "priva vera" with veggies from the fridge. 8/10

oh, my beloved bbq sauce/bleu cheese burger, how i had missed thee!! i would've taken a picture but i didn't even remember this thread until... just now.

Made bacon wrapped sea scallops mounted on thin slices of avocado. Also made crab cakes from fresh lump crab. Made a sauce from mayo, oregano, Sriracha chili sauce, and lime juice for both. No pic but also had a little fresh fish chowder on the side (not made by me). A very easy 10/10.
