I sure have no intention trying to make my point through to people closing eyes and ears, i have better things to do.
As for the moderation thingie, as i said i agree with phyre, and i'm willing to discuss it again if and when some people learn a bit more about moderation and the responsibility that comes with it.
So long with this thread, i guess one deserves the forum they have.

as far as ridiculous goes, i just got the silliest error message from eudora. of course it is due to lack of space in the msg window so some of it was truncated, but i just got

- that backing up a friend makes dwarves incapable of reasoning (i have a feeling this rule applies to dwarves only )
- that your reasons for flaming this thread are way too complex for us.

- that you know what being a responsible person implies, much better than many others but you are so sensible you don't feel like offending anybody (therefore you won't say a single wise word about it).

I was gonna take some time-out from posting, but I think I'll stay awhile longer, but the first thing I'm gonna do is get something off my chest.
I was kinda stunned after reading some of the posts here, and I feel that attacks (whether intended or otherwise) on Rahvin's integrity, use of power or presence as a moderator were both uncalled for and harshly below-the-belt. Until an explosion over something in reality trivial, this board was ticking over with no problems whatsoever. It still can. I've already told Rahvin this in private, but now on the board as well that we couldn't ask for a better moderator of this board. He has my full 100% support, not only for being a grade-A moderator, but also a grade-A friend when I needed one. So, lets put the unpleasantness of this topic behind us, and get back to being the close-knit group, almost like a kinda family, that several people feel it to be. I for one consider everyone who posts here a friend, and I don't like it much when friends fight, especially over something that doesn't really matter.
