Cook the eggs within 30 seconds scoop out the yolk and throw it away.

Only eat the white. about 2-5 grams of sat. fat without the yolk and 15-20 grams of protein.

with the yolk 15-20 grams of sat. fat and 30-40 grams protein.

Remember, your body can only handle about 15-20 grams of protein per meal.

HARD BOILED EGGS is where it's at.
Stop being lazy fucks and get to boiling. Like Jimmy said, ONLY eat the whites, it's a great natural source of protein.

I work out as often as I can get motivated for it, which is usually once a day or so, on most days...I'll skip from time to time. Sometimes I work out twice...I go by whatever I have set for that day, and every day of the week is different. Weekends I do cardio....basically just go for long walks. Mon and Fri chest and back, 6-8 exercies at 4 sets each. Tues Bi's and Tri's, Wed lower back, abs, and shoulders. Thursday is fucking leg day, I hate leg day....
