"are we going to heaven? " theres no such thing as Heaven or Hell :D

Maybe not in the sense that most religious people dream up, but humans are different from animals in the fact that we are "self-aware" or we have a "soul" if you will. I can't say what happens to that "soul" when the body dies but something that precious doesn't just cease to exist. What happens to that soul no one really knows, though some think they do, but I am fairly satisfied that it doesn't die when the host body dies.

That's true I guess.

You pegged me right, I'm agnostic. What's the old saying.... "I don't believe in God but don't tell him that". :D

I only get religious if I accidentally pull out in front of a car or nearly fall off of something really high etc. etc. I was "raised" around some Christian family though so I guess a little of that has just been ground into me. My "Grannie" (mother's side) took me to church all of the time when I was young. I am talking about full gospel Assembly of God too. They speak in tongues and stuff. Any time my Dad pesters me about going to church with him, I just agree to go if he will go with me to Grannie's old church and he declines. That speaking in tongues and stuff weirds him out and he won't have any part of it. It's funny though. I could walk into that church right now, long hair and all and NOT feel like people are sneering at me and talking about me like people in those "watered down" churches would do. They are happy I am there and try to welcome me though I look wild and smell like cigarrettes and yesterday's beer as opposed to treating me like an outsider as you would get in some "Baptist" church. That's certainly not to say I am interested in their way of life, but I feel like although they are the minority, those are the "real" Christians. I would much rather go there if someone pointed a tgun to my head and said "go to church or die" than I would those other churches. They have a piano player, guitar player, bass and drummer there and you sing for twenty minutes. Then the preacher gets up there and he yells and runs around and sweats and stuff. The people in the congregation stand up and wave their hands in the air saying "Amen Brother." Often times someone will stand up and start speaking in some strange mumblings then another member will get on the floor with his head on his pugh praying and "decipher" the message. It's weird stuff. You only find that in the "Assemlies of God" churches. In those Baptist churches you sing maybe three songs, listen to the choir do a couple, then try your best to keep from falling asleep while the preacher guy that sounds like Ben Stein mumbles stuff and if you cough people look at you strange.

I have actually thought about going to one of those huge Baptist churches the size of a high school and standing up and yelling "Amen Brother" while waving my arms in the air during the sermon, but I am afraid if God does exist, he will probably just give me a massive heart attack right then and there. >:p~

I want to see the band I payed for rather than hundreds of worthless people, i.e ozzfest. Go there to see cheerleaders and rich kids pretend they like radio metal. I just end up getting way too fucked before the show even starts because I feel like knocking everyone out around me. So I'd say I would perfer small shows were people come for the music rather then crowd. But some bands are too big, (priest) so I guess I lied to myself last year saying I wouldn't go to another Ozzfest. But they are worth the crowd!!!

Whats wrong???? Well that is not what heavy metal is, a bunch a slpiknot and Korn fans jumping up and down, while they go home and throw in an Eminmen cd. Yeah that's metal some chick wear pink and caring more about what she is then were she is. That is NOT metal, and jumping up and down is not even close to a pit. Who in the hell started that shit??? Because it drives me crazy, I dont think fans that by one shirt at the local mall and roll up thier sleaves is a metal fan, but that is just me. I'm not saying you have to dress like a metalhead to be one, but true fans care more about music than what in the they look like. I would just like to add, most new metal bands don't have long hair!.....and it's untalented bullshit.

Well I see my and some posts have been deleted but that's fine with me, people are afraid to hear the truth. Anyways, real death metal scene is dead although music and new metal bands are great, that's why I listen to many Earache and Wicked World bands and contribute to make them rich with my purchases. :headbang:
