Amok and The Cold White Light are very good. Everything in between is something I used to listen to, but totally grew out of. Haven't really listened to the earlier death metal albums. Not exactly anticipating a new album from then since I have no idea when they plan on releasing one, but it shouldn't be too bad if they follow what they had on Cold White Light.

I'm not into their old "death metal" either but I really love Ville's voice and his gorgeous shiny hair! Hope they come out with something new soon... Good CD's are hard to follow up though, but I have blind faith in the new Evergrey!

It's not too cold now, no. Around -5C to -10C. Not any more depressing than usual, but darker definitely.

I just got it in the mail. Into Eternity - Buried in Oblivion, this album kicks serious ass. It's the perfect blend of progressive, thrash and death metal. Awesome clean and deathy vocals. awesome guitar work,bass and drumming. Definitely one of the best bands to come out of Century Media lately and some hell of cool cats. Check it out. www.intoeternity.comI am also seriously waiting for new Evergrey and Symphony X my other two favorite bands. It's going to be a great year for metal and metal concerts in the states wooooooot!!!

I agree, Bear. I just got "Buried In Oblivion" last night, and I can't believe how good it is! It destroys "Dead or Dreaming"! I predict this album will definately be a Top Fiver for me! It's just so good!
Pain of Salvation will be the number one on my list. The second one is a new Nightwish album, and the come Ensiferum and Evergrey. And I guess we will get something great and unexpected this year too.

Hmm, well, Into Eternity's new disc was highly anticipated, although that was just released a few weeks ago. Besides that (and of course the new Evergrey), I can't wait to hear the new Pain of Salvation, Symphony X and Zero Hour.
