The most beautiful video I've ever seen.

Sigur Ros have yet to click with me. I listen to post-rock, ambient and dreampop/shoegazer (which is what their sound is a mix of in my ears) so on paper I should like this band. But so far... not really.

Nice video though.

Nice video though.

The Shoegazer movement had amazing bands like Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine.

oh and here's a couple of live songs of Mum....watch them both and you'll see what I'm talking about with the multi-instrumentationalism (shit, is that even a word?)....

FUCK! i never thoughg Múm would be able to play those songs live and make sound similar to how they sound on the record.

but damn, it sounds great!!! these guy are better than i thought, thanks for sharing! :kickass:

Yeah...I saw them on that tour at the Fillmore in SF and they seriously have to be one of the top 5 best live bands I've ever seen. They actually brought me close to tears a few times because the music in and of itself is totally emotional but add that to the Fillmore's amazing sound and it's almost too much to bear.

My suggestion: quit your job, tell your boss to fuck off and shove the work up his ass, go to the nearest record store and buy Agaetis Byrjus, ( ) and Takk NOW!!! you won't regret it. :)

Without...a...shadow...of doubt, man! Seriously, this band is quickly turning out to be one of my fave bands ever. Everyone needs to do themselves a favour and check this BRILLIANT band out, :) if haven't done so already.
