this is my first post in probably like a year...just getting annoyed that there seem to be fewer and fewer updates about Paradise Lost, and you can't say anything because complaining about an album supposedly launching in March or April that has not seen any news about it since December...with no release date...complaining about that is supposedly "bad"...

I think it was October 31st, 2006...there were a couple of release windows even before that, but that was the first leaked release DATE...of course, the leak amounted to nothing...

Shut the fuck up yourself! Fans have every right to be angry about their favorite band not putting anything new out in 5 YEARS...let alone the fact that after the album was SUPPOSED to come out October 31st 2006, it is now scheduled for a "Spring 2007" release, yet it is almost March, and a release date has not even been ANNOUNCED...I'll give you a Clue, genius...March welcomes the beginning of SPRING! How will the damn album be released in SPRING 07 if it already IS almost Spring 07 and we have heard NOTHING about it since December of 06???

do i have to refresh some memories about the facts associated with the delays? it's not like the band was sitting on their ass an extra year. it's not like they thought d00ds lets w8 and releaz our cd so much l8r so ppz can w8 lolololol.

Symphony X doesn't owe you shit. They've done nothing but make awesome albums for our listening pleasure - they can release another when they damn well please, and have no obligation to do it sooner than when they feel the songs are ready.
And you think you have the right to be ANGRY at them? Think about that for a bit.
I'd also like to add: The fact that they give us studio reports at all is going above and beyond for them. They don't have to tell us how the album's progressing, but they do. So don't complain about the frequency of the reports.

About Paradise Lost, hell, Chinese Democracy is almost out and, provided PL is not released before June (which, with no specific release date even RUMORED, it is looking more and more likely), DT will have had 4 albums out in the time it has taken SX for 1...6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence, Train of Thought, Octovarium and now Systematic Chaos...Hell, even Blind Fucking Guardian, who releases albums once every 5 years, has a new album out by now...
Go suck on Jax some more...follow like the little lemming that you are...

Wow...you guys are real lemmings...you believe that solely because that is what Jax tells you to believe and if you say any differently (say anything about infrequency of news), she will ban you/close any threads you ask about that shit in...you know damn well that most other bands out there provide info on a pretty regular basis when they are in the studio writing new material...such as work-in-progress song titles, when the mixing is done, when the mastering is done, and when the hell the release is going to be...not some vague "they hope to have it out in Spring"...then Spring rolls around and the December update is still the newest one...
Sorry, but Iced Earth's update frequency (a couple of times a year) is NOT the role model....and SX are falling into that mold...

The sad part is that unless someone from outside of SymX leaked the W.i.P. cover-art, we wouldn't even have a clue about that!

3. It is "supposed" to be out in the spring, but it is almost spring and a date hasn't even been pinpointed yet...
and that is about all we know about it...we don't even know an ESTIMATED number of songs, let alone the number or title of any songs on the album outside of PL, or even the TOPIC of any songs other than Paradise Lost...what WONDERFUL updates...they really tell a ton, don't they!

i'm sure everyone here would like some updates and more info - but getting all angry isn't going to get you updates. Attacking people isn't going to get you anywhere either - apart from a place on the ban list.
