Hmm, could anyone picture Mike Pinnella on a rotating keyboard platform like Jordan Rudess? MP seems like the quieter type who does his thing further back, so it would be cool to see him with an eye-catching stage set up. Maybe something like that spinning drum set Tommy Lee used in Motley Crue way back when. MP could descend from the ceiling while playing the keys amidst projected images of angels. Symphony X gone Spinal Tap, hehe...

Why do what's already been done in that instance? I prefer things just as they are, and would lose total respect for the band (any band, actually) if they started copping other band's "stuff".

I was just saying it would be cool if the band had something visually unique. But Michael Romeo's fingers zooming up and down the guitar neck faster than the speed of light should be plenty, hehe. Of course, I'm all for not copying anyone else's thing, too!

Doesn't Pinella use like 4 keyboards? That would be friggin' ridiculous, seeing a tower that's 4 keyboards high spinning around on stage.

The only forum in UMF that I can see being ruled as "Strict" has to be the Philosopher section and that's pretty understandable, since it's Intellegent and Mature discussion only. (No kidding folks, that place kicks the crap out of me, and alot of peoplearound me call me insanely intellegent and mature. ) But lately, I've been thinking that this forum was just a spamfest, but wow.
