I thought this might interest you:

For some reason the pics I took at the Dimmu Borgir/Hypocrisy gig in Stuttgart and at the Bounded By Metal gig in Switzerland were all kind of strange. The colours were not deep or regular and you could recognize grey "corns". I first thought that there might be something wrong with the camera. Today I went to my local photo store and tried to analyse the problem with the guy there. Comparing the pics and the lights during the gigs we realized that the problem wasn't tha camera but the film! Correctlly, the camera recognized the film as an ISO800 and treated it like that but obviously the film didn't reach those 800. That's why all the pics have a kind of "sandy" structure.. For me the Kodak Royal Supra 800 failed!!!

i dont really use photography cameras that often, tho i'd use 800 and 1600... but i had a similar strange thing the other day - i snapped a few of the Dom in Berlin and developed it seems as if there's some strange lighting in the sky going on in the picture, tho it wasnt visible when i took the pic.

but i like to be a bit experimental with pictures - isnt it great that some films do different stuff than you implied? do some more! :D

Some of those pics were really important for me and a band. We both tried our best so they would get really good and now the film fucked up. It's just frustrating...

Not at all.. the colours had a "sandy" structure. That means black is not black but black with gray dots in it. For example thisone:

Look at Peter's pants. They should be black but you can still recognize some kind of orange dots in it. This pic is not very extreme tho. On others you can see that stuff on the whole pic.. The problem is that if you try to correct the colours with the photoshop those dots only get stronger. Not very "arty" *gg*

ah poor thing.

i might buy a new digital cam once. cause it was all pretty new when i bought mine, so me pics arent always good like. its good for travel pics etc but if i want a decent pic at gigs for example, oh horror :( but i dont have money so i should forget about it
