I can't speak for satanstoenail, but I'm kind of anal retentive, and the blood/pizza sauce annoys me for some reason. I don't care too much (and I'm sure my Randy avatar could be annoying too), but Idk. If she wants to use a picture of herself as her avatar, there are definitely much more flattering pictures of her available.
