I believe it's a sketch the guy behind the band did and it's based on a painting his wife did for him because the EP was originally meant to be vinyl. Instead he put the original painting inside the tape booklet, which folds out.

Thanks, I liked my original version which had a lot of detail, naively I drew it that way without realising a lot of detail is lost once you start using it for things in a practical way.

I especially don't like the design because I don't think it suits the music though.
