Fair enough, but the meme doesn't specify "pedophile rights"; it specifies "LGBTQ rights," which means it's conflating the two. It's ostensibly about those who identify as LGBTQ, and then crudely qualifies that identity as pedophilic.

those specific Christian people who completely refused to believe the idea that gay people could be "born that way" used to make this stupid argument that pedophiles molesting children causes homosexuality in the molested children
this was based on the idea that homosexuality couldn't possibly be natural, apparently homosexuality had to be caused by some kind of traumatic "trigger event" and that being molested by a pedophile was somehow one of the types of trauma that could cause a child to grow up to become a homosexual

this theory is obviously completely bullshit, but it's the explanation of "conflating" homosexuality with pedophilia
