Well it was playing but I was doing other things as well so at times it was back ground noise, but yeah I got through it.

I don't think I'll remember much of it, without lyrics it would only ever be background music. I remember a few instrumental albums like Surfin' With The Alien etc, can remember the tunes and hear some of the songs, but Kiko's is not one I think I'd every get to that stage with.
I just want some good ole shredding, people today gotta get all sophisticated and junk

It's so funny how this solo has become as known and popular as the song itself. Maybe more in some cases It's like celebrated like a separate entity lol.

To me the solo is the signature bit. Not all solos are as important as others but there has to be a few each really good guitarist has that defines him her her as great. The rest of their playing is just filler so you can hear them do a bit of fret work
