NSV is actually one of the reasons for this brutal/tech death phase I'm going through right now. Mind you, I've found a lot of better albums, but NSV is great.

Deicide's new album is fucking great. Kicking the Hoffman brothers out was the best idea they've ever had. They sound liberated, not to mention the solos are fucking sweet.

Everyone seems to love this, but being such an avid fan of Macabre Transcendance... since its release date, I can't get into the new album. The re-recorded version of 'Le Mort Joyeux' hurts to listen to.
