If you're committed you can search through a list of the metal albums of 2015: https://rateyourmusic.com/charts/top/album/2015/g:metal/ If you know it would be tagged as "deathcore" or something you can change the descriptor to that: https://rateyourmusic.com/charts/top/album/2015/g:deathcore/ It's not that many albums when you narrow it down like that.

Yeah you might have to go the tedious route. I searched through all the metalcore-adjacent stuff in my wishlist and zippo.
Never was more comitted lmao. Looked through the whole list... must have been wrong about the year of release. Gonna check another couple lists. Maybe it was nothing but a fever dream. I just can´t understand how I can´t find it.

Also try Discogs as it can show you 250 per page, which puts the whole 2010s into only 19 pages. Only thing is it stops loading the images if you've downloaded too many so you have to give it a break for a minute.

The music illuminati had the foresight to make sure not too many album covers are red, so it should be one of the easier ones to find in theory!
