So I've come to the conclusion that The Crusher and Avenger by Amon Amarth are solid, but no more. A couple great songs on each but nowhere near as consistently awesome as their other releases.

And Evergrey are not impressing me right now.

Evergrey is definitely underwhelming, and I hate Tom Englund's fucking voice. He randomly slurs the letter "s" and it's annoying sounding.

Recreation Day is the only album i like by them tbh.

When I saw Odin's Court their guitarist recommended them so I thought I'd check them out. My friend has been getting into them, but I don't understand it. On some of the songs it sounds like he's singing to a different song.
