Also, I can't tell if those womangs are hot. I suspect no, but I don't know.
according to wikipedia it's more like 25%
and most of them are issued by the military for emergency/wartime use only, and cannot be carried anywhere outside the home without a permit, and permits are not generally issued to people unless they have really good reasons
i guess i learned something about switzerland today
Wasnt it Refraction who said swiss are provided with a firearm for their compulsory military service and so the data is horribly skewed?
Read more of the wikipedia; you don't need ANY kind of permit to purchase a semi-automatic rifle if you are Swiss and over 18.
Explain how this would 'horribly skew' the results? The have an assault rifle int heir house, an ACTUAL assault rifle int his case (ie: fully automatic) until they are discharged from military service; at which point they can have it converted to semi-automatic and keep it as civilians.
Somehow the period of time that they are in the military magically makes the gun not count or something?
Actually I mean it magically DOES count lol. I dont know shit about Switzerland. I am just going by what Refraction said. I will go there, check out the situ, and get back to you.
granted, it does say that was the case until at least 2008. i can't really tell if schengen changed that, but okay, sure.
also, though
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_firearm-related_death_rate
switzerland has among the highest rate of firearm-related deaths of all european countries (edit: i can't read, there's like 3 euro countries higher on the list)
I should probably stick to weed and LSD.
now you're starting to make sense
If you do otherwise, youd be considered a primitive nutjob, an opinion I share.
