yummmmmm sushi is sooo great! I don't think it has anything to do with you being Americanized, Laura, I think Sushi is simply not for everybody...
I know many people who can't stand it or feel wierd about the taste: and some, (like me) who are crazy about it....
That's good that you tried it at least! No one was born with good food taste: that's something you develope! So hey: at least you tried!



Yesterday I made awesome chicken schnitzels and some rice with shredded carrots and pine nuts: ding ding ding: awesome lunch

i did like the sushi. not something i think i could eat all the time, but not bad. she also brought this egg stuff... she said that it was basically a hardboiled egg that was continuously flipped over and fried, it was just a thick orange slab on top of that rice stuff and it was kinda sweet. it tasted good but it looked like those nasty orange "circus peanut" candies - the big chalky orange things. i guess that's why it weirded me out so much. and plus i wound up eating so much yesterday i guess i was just nauseous when i typed that

Haha about the circus peanut egg. Eggs freak me out, I imagine that would have turned my stomach instantly. But yeah, I think I know exactly what you mean about the sushi having tasted good in the moment, but then looking back... it's like "Wait... what's that taste". But it's tasty when you eat it. Mmm, now I want some.

I use a special spine in the bread crumbs that can only be found in Israel, so my mom brings tones of this when she comes over and it's AWESOME.

Made a Bison burger for lunch. I'm not the greatest cook, but it was still good 7/10

I tried buffalo meat for the first time two summers ago. This super wealthy dude I know was having a big barbecue at his insanely huge house and he was grilling up bison burgers all day. Super good stuff, there.

lunch: turkey sub on wheat bread and white chocolate macadamia cookies from subway. that's pretty much what i always have at work now, because those cookies rock my cocks.

dinner: very bleh spaghetti. bleh.
