I made this last week but never posted a picture... Two salmon fillet with fresh herbs from my garden and butter, sizzling next to my home made from scratch: spinach/ goat cheese/ pine nuts/ whole wheat pie

Had a salmon filet in a flax seed wrap, with baby greens and undercooked buckwheat (just long enough for it to be very chewy)

Went to Potbelly Sandwich Works for lunch today, got the ham & provolone sandwich with bbq potato chips and an Orangina. The sandwich was kinda meh, and to make matters worse there was a kid playing acoustic versions of Backstreet Boys songs
