Blue Cheese and Mushroom burger. 9/10

Excellent burger, much better than anticipated... ate it with a Sleeman's Cream Ale and a side salad.
I now know how it tastes, and I now can do some fine tuning to make it even better... :D

Those shitty onions make that burger slutty, not sexy. Also, too much meat (2 patties?! damn). And is that guy just sitting on your table? No plates? (why do i always notice shit like this?)

Either way, a picture speaks a thousand words and this pic in particular is telling my stomach that it should eat it! Seriously... that shit looks gooooooooooood!

even with the onions :\

Are you trying to tell me you don't like Red Onions on a burger? I find they're a must!

The only downfall to this burger, was that there was too much cheese, not meat. Secondly, it's sitting on a clear glass plate.

The mushrooms made up for the too much cheese though... I love sauteed mushrooms.

I'm down with the red onions, I put them in everything. I love huge burgers, but I need cohesion to enjoy it, if I'm constantly holding it together then I get annoyed.

I love red onions... I find they add so much more flavor than yellow or white onions.

They have a sweetness. I use regular onions in cooking, but whenever raw onion is required: RED ONIONS! Spring Onions are good with potato, or in salads/sandwiches.

I'm telling you that if the apocalypse happened today and I was the only person that survived, and onions were the only food source that survived, I wouldn't be around very much longer.

I stock both white and red... potatoes with caramelized red onions is great, but in stir frys, i use white.

I'm watching the Stanley Cup AND they just visited a Pittsburgh retaurant for a famous Pittsburgh sandwich. Now it sounded awesome! It was fried bacon and pastrami, topped with melted cheese, french fries ON the sandwich, tomatoes and coleslaw - all on ciabatta bread.

Yep.
