Hell, I love cabbage.

About The only way I like Cabbage is if its Kimchi or if its in a Gyros.
Even thats pushing it.

I bought so many bananas yesterday but I can't eat them yet, just waiting on the green colour disappearing.

Damn teasing bananas.

Todays food was - Om Nom Porridge with a little spoonful of peanut butter for breakfast, and I just had wholemeal pitta with green pesto hummous and olives with feta cheese for lunch. 9/10 day so far.

Agreed, whenever I do find myself in a Subway, I only ever order the meatball one with cheese. Usually on the cheesy bread too.

I really enjoy Subway... nothing spectacular that you can't make at home, but for $3.00 and on the go, you can't go wrong.

I do enjoy their Subway Club, or their Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki...

I still say if you're going to go out and eat at a fast food place, might as well be something with a bit more health consciousness.

i've never understood this hatred kawen! maybe you just have bad subways there? every food chain can be hit & miss, but i haven't been disappointed with a subway in a while! the sandwiches i get are om nom, and the cookies are even more om nom.

tyler is right. you can make the same at home, but if you're out and need something fast, then go for it.

There are 3 Subways in my town, all within close vicinity... however I'll usually only eat from 2 of 'em. One of them always seems to make horrible subs.. I'm not sure what it is, but they always seem to be soggy, crappy veggies, etc.

The one close to me actually does all their own preparations of vegetables from local sources... Plus all the people there know me (I work across the street, go there every day for lunch) so they double stack everything for me and charge me for a veggie.

lunch today is a black bean/taco salad thingy i made. just black beans, a broken up crispy taco shell, grilled chicken bits, and cheese, all mixed together. NOMS. except, i used a really cheapo cheese slice and it never really melted. tastes like cheez whiz, too. which is kinda awesome.

Vegetable/tomato soup with toast. Simple yet sufficient.

BFL today. I'm thinking a chicken sammich is in order.
