The Unstoppable LUNCH Thread!

Yesterday I went to buy some roast beefs and the prepackaged roast beefs was ALL SOLD OUT! Cara says "try the deli counter!" but this was a new experience for me. FIRST I had to choose the type of roast beef I wanted (WOW!) and then I had to choose the THICKNESS of each slice (DOUBLE WOW!) but I didn't understand the question I was being asked so the deli mexican had to point out a sign of slices and their corresponding number. I said "what do regular people order?" and they shrugged and said "thin" BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN so I got thickness number 2.

This means today's lunch was amazing.

Roast beef sandwich (LOTS OF ROAST BEEF, I MEAN LOTS) with
brown mustard
spinach
grated provolone cheese (thanks to Kevin for the idea I would have thought grated cheese would have fallen all over me BUT HEY HOW ABOUT THAT IT WORKS JUST FINE <3)
some spicy seasoning mix I like to put on everything

that sandwich sounds awesome. as does the roast beef with egg. usually not a fan of eggs, but that sounds tempting...

still not up to full meals yet. yesterday was the most i've had so far - small slice of leftover pizza i took with the new antibiotics so my stomach wouldn't swell up, then a few slices of corned beef and potatoes before i left for work.

dinner last night, and breakfast/lunch (since i woke up at noon) was toast with peanut butter mmm. perpetual win.

err... yeah, as i said, i have NO perception of time anymore

but it was a doughnut-sparing experience that will live on in my heart forever. i love how we both were just DRAWN to the doughnuts as soon as we all walked into the wawa and couldn't move until we selected doughnuts
