I love schnitzel of any kind actually....

I mainly make mine with thin chicken breast and I coat it with bread crums and this special spice my mom sends me from Israel.
DELICIOUS!

Wiener Schnitzel supposed to be made from veal... but I stopped eating veal a long time ago, so no more for me... (kind of the reason I stopped eating Foi Gras...)
But it is yummy. Especially in a warm pub with a good beer by its side after a long day of work....
