Tonight I'm having a Patty Dip. A yummy little treat my friend Pat (hence the name) makes at work that consists of a burger patty cut in half on a grilled french roll with grilled mushrooms, cheddar and swiss cheese, garlic spread, bacon and au juis and barbecue sauce for dipping. Fries on the side.... mmmmmmm 10/10.
