working out is NOT to cancel what you ate, that's not how it works,
and the logic behind "I'm eating a double mac so I'll run extra 20 minutes on the tredmill" is far from logical...
No, I'm not. From a medical standpoint, exercise isn't meant to gain tone or muscle, but to balance the intake you have. You kids listen to health food store owners too much. To shape up, you have to exercise ABOVE your caloric intake.

So you're saying, I can just go eat a 3000/ 4000 calories diet a day, with 70 grams of fat in each meal and all I'll have to do to "CANCEL" it, would be go to the gym and work out for 3 hours?!?!!?
