The Unstoppable LUNCH Thread!

I'm having a horrible craving for McDonald's, but I'm not sure I want to walk over there.
 
I did it anyway... and at this moment, I feel extremely satisfied... I give myself another 20 minutes until the stomach churning kicks in.
 
aww tyler! i understand that craving though. for the past two days i've just been dying to gorge on chocolate and girl scout cookies. it's not even the right time of the month for it. well, maybe.

i've been resisting though and therefore i'm cranky.
 
Well, that is another reason I don't drink them. But I meant if I wanted gunzzzzz, I don't like weight gainers and protein supplements.

But why not optimize?! More dedication? You mean work out MORE? There is a limit to what's beneficial and what's just wasting energy with no gain.
