Saw them live with Ronny on vocals and it was an awesome show.
In the end David Wayne was right that Kurdt doesn't really want to be METAL anymore. Wayne's solo album is better than most Metal Church albums anyway. Reverend's debut EP and final demo are as well.

I guess DDP is a bit like Metal Allegiance where it could start up fairly easily with a couple of main players and a few ring ins. I don't see it happening any time soon with both bands ready to get out on tours whenever they are allowed.

I have to say I read the first verse and that was it. I'm no rap fan but that's not why I gave up. I gave up because I'm just sick and tired of hearing about politics and jokes about politics. These idiots are of course an easy target to make jokes about but it seems like that's all comedians want to joke about. I also gave up on because like Scott Ian it seems like Testament (or a few of their members) are doing anything they can to avoid doing something metal-worthy while stuck in quarantine.

It sounds like the album is moving forward nicely.
Not sure if it's in the full clip (I didn't watch it I only read the article) but Dave suggested, according to Bravewords, that he is feeling better but he is tired. I'm glad he's feeling better and I'm glad he kicking this album into gear but I hope he doesn't push himself too far to fast.

Hmm I'm not sure. MA has never had set singers whereas DDP is really Chuck and Zetro. Not that it couldn't be done with the right people. But they'd have to be from that area, and that kinda cuts down on good choices.

I think I meant that they were similar in that the both have a few set members no matter what their job and they can just get others on stage to preform the rest. But then I also assumed that both Chuck and Zetro while ready to tour with their respective bands are also being lazy at the moment and could get off their arses and do something!!

He's an old man I just don't want to risk him getting too tired. Dad and I serviced our cars yesterday and despite me being the one on ground shoving my hand up into places that seemed physical impossible and getting covered in grease and oil he tells me this morning he was sore, stiff and tired last night and is paying the price this morning.
On the up side my eldest daughter was such a great help yesterday, while I was laying on the grass in weird positions moaning and groaning in pain she was laying next to me saying helpful things like, "there's a spider", "there's another spider and it's crawling up your arm", but I think the most helpful part was when she said, "you've got a strange looking caterpillar crawling in your hair". Honestly you can't pay for help like that!!
