Yeah I read that and thought the same thing. I'm sure there was other people he could have called too but most people in that situation don't think about that. It's a sad and lonely road to go down and it would be great if we could stop people before they started heading down the road but all too often we just don't see it.

I was surprised he had a son that old too. For some reason I thought he had a younger son but there has been no mention of it so I guess I was wrong.

I've still got 80's and 90's band shirts in XL, I've even got one shirt that's a L and it still fits. But these days if I buy anything smaller than a 3XL it doesn't fit. I know I'm not as slim as I used to be but sizing these days also sucks. I need 3XL for length mostly but if I buy from the States a 2XL fits with room to spare. It's ridiculous I have to see the actual measurements of shirts before I try and buy from overseas.

I found one shop here in Oz with a Testament Brotherhood hoodie in stock and free postage but they didn't list sizes of any apparel on their website. How fucked is that?

It does suck that we don't all use the sizes. How do you not list any sizes for the clothes you're selling? I wonder why ours run so much bigger? Lol. I hope it's not for the reason I think it is!

It's so sad. Some artists do really feel things much stronger. And you can kinda see a central theme in a lot of his really great lyrics, a lot of it is about tragedy or injustice in some way. Add in meds that fuck with your brain chemistry and it can go very wrong.

I don't know what the reason for sizing difference is. But it gets even weirder when you get into women's clothes...and not just for the obvious reasons Women's shirt sizes come in letters XL XXL etc and in numbers 12, 16, 18 etc but not like men's numbers that some times come in centimetres or inches (around the chest), but every fucking store is different because it's better to make a woman feel good they are buying a 12 when they know that in every other store they buy 18. Men, I don't think, look at sizes, as long as it fits we don't give a shit! Makes shopping so much easier!!

Yeah meds can obviously be a help but all too often they can fuck a person up more than they help. Be it pain meds that people get addicted too or pills supposedly helping a person's mind, it's all too easy to deliberately slip through the cracks and have those medial people looking after you misdiagnose, or worse, invisible to what's going on.

See we have to suck it up a bit here in Oz because we've been told for years that we are an obese nation and we are getting worse, so when it comes to shirts my response is pretty much always the same, 'what's the biggest you've got?' The only time that really falls down is when someone comes out with a 6XL or even a 7XL. It's about that time you realise that you aint the biggest or fattest person around!!

We've got some stuff for one of the kids on order from the US that we couldn't get locally. I'm going to be counting the days for the postage to see how good or bad it is because I'm getting really pissed off not being able to buy band shirts I want in this country.

Haha, my eldest just came home from school grumpy because she was told off at school. This dickhead kid was picking on a handicapped kid my daughter has known all through her schooling and she told the kid to back off. Mr. Tough guy called her an Emo and asked her if she wanted a root for her birthday. Her response was, "I may be Emo but as yet they can't fix stupid". The teacher heard her but not the dickhead and she got told off. When she explained what happened the teacher apologised but I still think she wanted to punch the dickhead kid into next week!

Yeah that really sucks that you can't get what you want. The guy that owns that shop needs to get a distribution deal with the labels. And the buy a silk screen machine!. No ordering from across the world.

To be fair guys who are 7 foot tall generally also aren't 2XL, but yeah there is fat people as well.

It does seem to be a global issue though. I can see more range in American stores but the range still seems to be down quite a bit. Stores selling 2017 Overkill merch, 2016 Testament merch. I don't know if everyone stopped for covid or what, but it's annoying.
