Yeah you know I thought he was closer towards 60. Like 57 maybe?I thought he was even older than that!

First edition of something expensive please!Haha no I didn't, do they work better?
TBF I can't fault the shop, they did a deal with the school where they offered all the kids in the school a free book. I think they got some sort of government grant and local donations and the books were offered to kids as a reward for good behaviour, reading, good work etc. Every kid eventually got one over the 6 months and there wasn't even a price limit on what books they could choose as long as it was a single book.
Well there is 2 minutes of my life I wont get back
The bloody song wasn't even on the POT album and as far as I can tell wasn't even on bonus editions. It came out on a B sides 12 months later and he talks about it like it's connected to POT and should be celebrated as part of the 30th anniversary. I think he's trying to kill the POT legacy
Geez the videos Testament did with each member for the release of Titans may not have been perfect but they were a shit load better than these two videos have been!
Oh crap here we go, he's kicking it up a notch!https://www.blabbermouth.net/news/d...adeth-album-its-gonna-be-a-phenomenal-record/
Now it's phenomenalBut what is even more interesting is the name of the show he was talking on!
I thought the same exact thing the second I saw this! What does this have to do with the POT album?!
Goddamn, let this shit die. I can guarantee you no rap fans got converted to Anthrax because of this song. And we all know most metalheads hate it.

Scott and Charlie are both seriously delusional on this.Charlie talks up the changes it made like it's some massive protest song that every radio station played and people sung on the street. I've heard Scott say similar things over the years. They might well have thought they were breaking down the barriers at the time and good luck to them but I don't know any metalheads or rap fans that think anything of the song, let alone think enough of it to call it ground breaking, or even relevant.
Boom! Yeah that's probably it lol.Given that the song isn't even on POT, the album which is being celebrated, I wonder how much of the push to have it included on the bonus tracks and to make such a big deal about it is because of the BLM movement. I know Scott and Charlie have always been happy to talk the song up but it seems like convenient timing.
Well except that I have not heard one single thing from Nicks book, not since before it came out anyway. I'm not sure what there is to refute. If anything it'd make people dig out Nick's book. And then the shit would probably hit the fan lol.Dave Mustaine has announced the new autobiography 'RUST IN PEACE: The Inside Story of the Megadeth Masterpiece'. The book will arrive on September 8, celebrating 30 years and revealing the behind-the-scenes making of the iconic album. Get more info + pre-order your copy now at megadeth.com
So I'm not entirely sure this is an "autobiography" as much as it's a story about making RIP. I know that a video/doco crew followed them around for the making of RIP and I believe Youthinasia but I'm not sure if this is a result of that or Dave deciding he needed to rebuttal Nick. The timing is right for it to be a hit back at Nick and we know Dave's capable of petty payback. I hope it's not and although I'm not sure what else we need to know about RIP I'll probably buy it eventually if it's not just a shit fight.

Anyway I would rather have a dvd/blueray of this type of thing than a book.
Also sad that they think this one song that isn't even on the record is more deserving of attention than all the songs that actually were on it.
Add the blm angle and it's downright pathetic.
