I used the one I have for a couple reasons.

1) Some of the things I say make people upset so I kind of "bring it" to the forum.

2) The Bringer is my favorite song off of Soilwork's Natural Born Chaos and that's my favorite album because Devin Townsend worked on it with Soilwork. :Spin:

I just thought of this... Maybe I got my name because I was a Soilwork fanboy!
How do I change my nick! :p
 
There was another thread like this some time ago... but what the hell

1)Liked the song Needlefeast from Soilwork (was a fan boy too I guess - but didn't like NBC).

2)Then Hatecrew Deathroll came out - and I kinda liked the idea of the title.

3)Was working on Splinter Cell 2 - Pandora Tomorrow 40 to 60hrs/w, where you gotta neutralized ND133 virus containers before Mercenaries blow your ass!

A mix of all that. But I thought it sucked like 2 weeks after I made it, but too lazy to make a new one.

omg beecuz ur pro-fane. I 2 am in favor of fanes.

MAJOR FANBOY ALERT Mine is just a Arch Enemy Song title from Stigmata. The other name I use is SoggieMufin which was a parody of limpbizkit but at this point they just make fun of themselves so I no longer need to. Either way I'm SM. (Bondage! \m/)
 
It was my xbox live gamertag, which I have always hated since i made it, i'm not sure why i chose it :erk:

I was getting into power metal a lot more and I got my name from the Jens Johansson's cd The Last Viking (it's got Micheal Romeo on guitar and Jens Johansson on it; it rules) I was feeling the "Noble" feeling that power metal gave me, and the lyrics in the song the Last Viking went "a noble and tired Viking" *dum dum cha* I don't like my nick much anymore.
 
oh yea and to contribute to this lame thread... erm I wanted to to be sixpounder but I thought it would be lame on a actual bodom forum so I made this one up on the spot with the cheesy packed with death that was pretty funny in the black metal humor style .
 
in dc++ my nick used to be archenemy and some numbers but then i decided i didn;t want to have a band nickname cause they arent my favorite band or anything so i just cut off the arch and my favorite numbers are 2 and 4 so i just put them in any order on my nicks on any board or anywhere, 42, 24 242 etc
 
My nick is a creature from a book I read a couple of years ago.
I still like the nick even if nowadays I think its quite stupid just to pick a name of a type of creatures just because they are 'evil'.
But I've already used this Nick in other forums and to be honest I'm just too lazy to think about an other or make up a 'cool' band related name.
And I still like it!!
