Not sure if you could class it as a demo, but Cryptosy's Ungentle Exhumation is simply superb. Contains the best version of "Back to the Worms" IMO.

Fan of that Pascal demo, great tech-y thrash, their full-length isn't nearly as good unfortunately. I listened to that Infected Mind demo once a couple years ago but don't remember what I thought of it, will give it another listen.
