I'm unable to view this video from work however I suspect it's a Tim Waterson video that I've seen before. If it is then Virgil Donati can be seen viewing him play as well.

Tim Waterson without a doubt has the fastest feet in the world. He's faster than all the other drummers mentioned in this thread, including Flo, Hellhammer, Kolias, Roddy, etc... Not only that, but he's a very nice guy to boot. I've talked to him a few times online and he's always been helpful in answering questions.
