The Berserker are insanely fast, so are Nile. The opening 20 second barrage though by Raymond Herrera of Fear Factory on the song Concrete is fairly insane though. Ne Obliviscaris have lightning fast double kicks and gravity blasts as well.

Origin's John Longstreth is a very good drummer, he is ambidexterous.

The fastest kick drummer in the world is Tim Waterson... Waterson is a lot faster then Mike Mallais.
