Therion at ProgPower 4?

I'm just curious, what is it about them you guys/gals don't like. I thought Secret of The Runes was incredible.

I am also a huge Therion fan. Secret of the Runes and Deggial are both spectacular albums. And Vovin too. I would pay big bucks to see Therion by themselves with full choir and stuff. Would be very cool to see them at ProgPower though. I didn't even think about them as a PP Canidate. <Crosses fingers and hopes for the best>

Theli and Vovin are their best two albums IMO. They would be a great non-power/prog band for PP4. I'm still hoping for Children of Bodom, but Therion would also kick ass.

Therion would be great! I remember being one of the few whos tarted last year posting about having them at these shows.

Therion would fall under the prog(ressive) category. They are a legit band possibility and I would definately be overjoyed if they were to play.

Hell yeah buddy! I would love it if Therion was at Progpower this year!! Those guys are awesome, I was quite surprised when I heard them, knowing their background of music and such. They are quite appealing and Theli was an awesome album.

I don't know why some of you don't like Therion, but I know not everyone has to like the same thing of course.. I just don't get it because I was hooked from the first time I heard them! I remember posting awhile ago on my "Fantasy ProgPower Lineup" list that Therion would be one of my favorite acts to see, but I never really thought that it would happen. Shoot, I never thought I'd see them tour! Kinda like Ayreon, just not something you expect to see on a tour, so the idea that Therion IS touring is AWESOME!! I would be beyond over-joyed and elated to see them live!! That would be pretty incredible!! *crosses fingers and hopes*

Good point Shokrok, but it does cut both ways...the Progpower budget might not be enough to support a Therion set with a full orchestra...
