Earlier this year my iPod was stolen. I had spent many months building up my collection and I was angry as hell! Luckily enough they didn't take anything else, like my collection of 300 cd's, or anything else. Tho was especially peeved cuz that iPod was a gift for my 21st birthday from my dad only a few months before.

Well I'm proud of our Oz thieves. Haha what dickheads. Years back when I was starting to buy all the Opeth vinyls, when I was after Orchid (this was when there wasn't one constantly up on ebay and they were rare) I found a copy after looking for a while, bought it only to receive a message from the seller that thieves had broken into his home and took ALL his vinyls. No cash, no dvd player just took vinyls. He had original pressings of ALL of the disco including BWP. This was when a bwp would have been worth about 100 or so, I bought mine for about 200. They go for about 400 plus now. What cunts. I pretty much just said just refund my paypal, sorry man, I was annoyed they took my Orchid, but more annoyed for him in loosing his bwp lp. He also had original, beatles, floyd, zeppelin etc lps all taken.

If your going to get one get is sooner rather than later as the price just seems to be constantly be going up and up. I got my Still Life vinyl for like $40, I've seen it go for near $200. It's going up rapidly too.

If it's value keeps constantly rising I'll be more tempted to sell them, but I probably won't. I do listen to them every once in a while. Especially the damnation lp, sounds so hot.
