Things going wrong at concerts

I guess every band has something going wrong at some point during a show at least a few of times in their carreer. So what about Symphony X? Does anyone know of any memorable screw-ups, or has anyone witnessed one first-hand? Just curious...
I know the band (or at least one or two of its members) check the forum once in a while; maybe they have some interesting (and embarrassing ) stories to tell as well? Let's hear it!

I heard a bootleg of the TiO tour where they were all kind of off...then again it was their first tour ever so I guess thats normal

Kinda like the Train Wreck bootleg from Dream Theater where they were playing Metropolis PT 1and totally fucked it all up but kept playing and finally got it back together.
