Dude, I gotta hand it to Hardy though....even though he's a cocky fuck and talked a lot of shit on how he was going to knock out GSP, he stuck by his words about how he doesn't tap out. That Shoalin training he went through really showed this weekend. If you watch the armlock GSP had him in (I think it was round 2 or 3), Hardy's face goes from extreme pain to nothing.....you can literally see him block out the pain, go to his happy place and get out of the hold.

Regardless, it was indeed a boring fight....all five rounds were on the ground and Hardy sucks ass on the ground. What even pissed me off more was faggot fucking Lesnar making his way into the ring (after the fight) to steal GSP's thunder, even though more than half the crowd boo'ed his ass when he started talking.

If GSP wasn't turning into such a bitch, he would have ripped Hardy's arm off with that Kimura. GSP is too worried about keeping his sparkling image clean these days. He could have cranked that armbar at the end of the 1st AND that Kimura enough to break the limb and force the ref to stop the fight. That's what you're supposed to do... keep the hold until the ref intervenes. Tim Sylvia didn't tap to Mir and got his arm snapped and lost the fight. If you're too full of pride to tap then you get your shit broken. Hardy is LUCKY. He didn't get out of shit. GSP let him out (of the kimura at least.. the armbar is questionable).

GSP had dominating position of both of those submissions and if he had any killer instinct whatsoever, he would have left that ring with Hardy's arm in his back pocket and nobody complaining that he's going soft now.

Props to Hardy for surviving them, but boo to GSP for pussing out of them.
