I like Heavy Fuel better.

Mark Knopfler has an awesome guitar tone and a very unique sound in general. Too bad he really only utilized it well on like 1/3 of their songs. :\

Actually I only own the Brother in Arms cd (ok ok, its my dads), and this song is seriously the only good one on the album. The other tracks are straight up blues/jazz type of stuff.

I like a few tracks on it, but not too many. Same goes for Sultans of Swing. Like I said, he has an interesting sound but sadly just resorts to lame ballads on a lot of songs. His solo albums are disappointing too (what I've heard of them anyway).

Some Dire Straits songs that I think are pretty good are: Heavy Fuel, Money For Nothing, Sultans of Swing, Calling Elvis, and a few others I can't remember offhand.
