Thrash!

Rumpelstiltskin Grinder are not very original and aren't thrash really either.

It is fine and good to enjoy Blood Tsunami. I am sure they could be found to be enjoyable by a lot of people obviously. But they're not what they claim to be.

anyone ever hear Slammer?that was a fave of mine(and a few mates)years ago, almost like slowed down-thrash-core,pretty obscure but i liked it when i was younger

Invocator are just another Swedish thrash-death band like The Crown and Dew-Scented.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Why not listen to Bywar instead?

Invocator isn't [wasn't; I'm referring to the time when they were good] very comparable to The Crown and Dew-Scented. I suggest you listen to their earlier works. As far as Bywar goes, I found them mildly amusing at first, but they can't hold my attention. It's just too superficial, there's no real vitriol. And for the record, I do own their first two full-lengths.

Grinder - Dead End
Traditional American thrash from Germany. Nothing progressive at all, but the riffs more than make up for the lack of tempo changes. For fans of Flotsam and Jetsam, later Laaz Rockit, and Exodus.

How do you people like Dew Scented?

Impact is a hell of an album :kickass:

Really like their other albums, kick-ass stuff (especially Issue VI and Incinerate) - for some reason I don't know, all of their records have names starting with letter "I" :err:

Their drummer is fucking good, also.

I mean, I like Dew Scented.

And I agree about Bywar, but arguing about any thrash is useless, really. Will anything top Beneath the Remains? If so, I haven't heard it yet.

Listening to "Think This" right now....

Sounds good, but the vocals are kinda annoying :erk:

Not my cup of tea, unfortunately.

There's an interesting "new" brazilian Thrash band you guys should check - Farscape :kickass:

2006's Killers on the Loose (Full lenght) and the new EP - For Those who love to kill are fine thrash pieces.
