Yeah, great album. Probably one of my favorite UK style thrash releases...although I have been known to skip the song Needful Things.
CENTURY MEDIA Comments On DEMOLITION HAMMER Compilation
Century Media Records would like to apologize to the members of Demolition Hammer and their fans for some misinformation printed within the liner notes to their new compilation, Necrology: A Complete Anthology. It has come to our attention that lead singer (and founding member) Steve Reynolds was mistakenly referred to as John Reynolds in the liner notes and then as Steve Reilly in the credits for the album Time Bomb. We sincerely apologize for this oversight.
Regarding Marco Barbieri's entry in the liner notes, Demolition Hammer guitarist Derek Sykes comments "As to the allegations that we 'didn't have time to contribute' to this anthology, this is sadly misguided. In fact, Demolition Hammer was quite involved in the initial realization of the project. But ultimately, due to qualitative differences, we decided to let our past work with Century Media speak for itself.
"We are very honored that Demolition Hammer still has a growing fan base so long after our releases and tours. In fact, we'd like to thank everyone who kept and continues to keep the legacy of this band alive over the years. It truly means a lot to us and we can't thank everyone enough".
Necrology: A Complete Anthology will be released on September 16th and contains the band's entire three-album discography across two discs.
Yeah, great album. Probably one of my favorite UK style thrash releases...although I have been known to skip the song Needful Things.
So there's Ride The Lightning and Master of Puppets at my college CD store, which one should I get? I'm leaning towards Master of Puppets.
You're leaning the wrong way, as usual.
Practice What You Preach and Souls of Black were great albums as well.. after those 2 it went downhill...
Warbringer... awesome
