Triggering BFD

lol it seems like people give you a hard time around here because you aren't a 'true metalhead' or whateva, but personally, i don't care, i like anyone who makes passionate music. i am not familiar with bfd, but there are so many ways to go about doing what you want to do, we just don't understand exactly what is triggering bfd, and how you are using it. personally, i print the tracks from my drum sequencer as wav files then slide them together. you can always go back and edit them in bfd later. .

ot - on an ironic note, i am a diehard metalfan, however, i recently found myself staying afloat by recording and producing hip-hop music. the industry is tough but hip-hop is a no brainer in most cases. that is NOT to say the work you have done, pharell isn't top notch for the audience it appeals to, but think about the budget and efficiency difference between hip hop and rock or any other genre for that matter. once i build up my recording and mixing skills, and save up my money, i will have enough to start recording heavy metal. i may still do hip-hop if it continues to pay my bills (part time)

Lol ...I'm not a truemetalhead :err:

I could reveal what I do but that might shock you all :)

I've recorded the drums but I want to trigger a BFD snare from the original snare track.

Any Ideas would be much appreciated

peace
